Alpine iDA-X001 fitting & steering wheel control adaptor help

Hi,

Am wanting to fit my trusty Alpine iDA-X001 head unit into my new 182 - I understand from looking at previous threads that this is straight forward as the Alpine will fit straight into the existing wiring harness? I would like to also continue to use the existing steering wheel control stalk thingy and was wondering if someone could point me into the direction of the right one to get please - I have tried searching quickly and on google and found the below, but £80 for this seems excessive to me

Thats for dash display also but you wont get it, its not been built for 3+ years and I was the last to have stock.
