I have the X001 and love it, dont miss CD's at all as they only get in the way anyway. Screen looks mint and the searching through the playlists with the wheel is very easy.

Agree totally. I like Justin have one in my Lotus and also had one in my 172 before. Awesome speed for iPod access.

Has anyone got a hold of one of these from a Uk dealer yet as where i preordered mine they are saying end of april now as the units are stuck at german coustoms ???

We have 2, X100's at our shop. Alpine uk only recieved 38 of them in the uk!!!!! so the chances of anyone gettin a uk one is very slim. We have 2 tho on the shelf. 300 quid
