Anybody know what the Alpine SPS 1329S 13cm Speaker are like? Good quality or what?

Slayer, i am thinking of getting Focals or Kappas, but a mate said the new Alpine SPX137As are superb - i realise these arent what your talking about, but is there any chance you(or anyone) know these are like?!? - Ive looked them up and they are currently going for between 250 and 300 quid!?!? over a tonne more than the others?!?! - im such a damn perfectionist!
