Over the past few days I've tried PMing, starting a topic on their ClioSport sub-section and applying for a quote via their online form on their website... however I've not had a reply despite the chap being online several times.

I'm at the point where everything I want spraying is off my car! So it looks terrible atm and I want it done asap, is there anyone else on this forum that does a send and spray service?

Or even another company not necessarily associated with ClioSport that's someone's used? Information and examples much appreciated! I'm after the normal interior parts being done btw, i.e. dash strips, gear knob/steering wheel inserts etc.

They are in facebook and twitter also. Give him a chance mate, just because hes been online doesnt mean he wont reply.

I can vouch for Spray Shack, the work they do is worth the wait! Companies can't spend every minute on the computers replying to messages and forum's as they need to be in the spray booth to be earning the money! I would suggest giving them a call mate and I'm sure they'll answer and get you sorted :)

I've had a fair bit of work done by Si & I can't complain about his work. Really nice guy so give him chance because he was always very busy when I was.

Try calling & leaving a message.

This is really annoying. Good small businesses like spray shack will be working on what they do best during the day. Not sitting on cs/social networks waiting for you to message them.

Be patient or call them.

Why is it annoying when he's been on the forum 3-4 times (at least) since I first posted and can't spend a couple of minutes giving a quote? Good small businesses should be contactable if they want your money.

I recently got custom made dials from Metal Monkeys and never have to wait more than a couple of hours for a reply, absolute top service... even taking time out after hours to tend to my needs including sending me free samples (which they didn't want back) and all when I was only spending £80 with them.

How many people do you think were waiting for custom dials made by him? You may of only spent £80 but thats probably all he turns out a week

Just wait, or risk different quality.

Have you phoned them? If not, I can't see that you are that desperate to get in touch, to be honest!

Their work is top top quality as many on here will testify, and their pictures of their work shows this.

Sprayshack are a established business mate, they dont just do one specific item on thus forum, they spay just about anything and everything. They are probs really busy and he could of just been online to msg someone about something hes currently doing for them.

Ive had a load of work done by si and the work is quality, worth the wait! And im sure hel get back to you anyway.

Why don't people just ring each other nowadays? Surely if you want something doing then phone them.

The forums aren't the most important thing to them. Pick up the f**king phone.

Hes probably busy with all the other pms he has had wanting quotes.. Ive used him them before and they are spot on

I admit this is our bad, we have litery tons of parts in at the moment, its really kicked off for us recently, so ive been a little lax getting back to people on all the forums.

If you are in need of a quick response, the best way is definately call us or email, alot of quotes we do tend to not materialise so we sometimes have to let people chase us a little to see whos definately a go'er for the work.

Once again i appologise for the poor response time we have shown to you Olly, we indever for a 48 hour response to emails but PM's are fairly tricky to keep track of. As a show of good will, ill definate see to it that you get 10% off the prices ive quoted you by email.......

9 out of 10 times, if you want the work doing 100% and the parts are in good condition (i.e no DIY spraying or major damage) you can post directly to us without informing us prior, aslong as it clearly states contact details, whats to be done :).

Cheers Chaps,
Simon & Tony @ SS

Okay I feel embarrassed now... thanks chaps that's a blinding offer and I'll be replying to your email later tonight. I never meant to come across as an impatient dick head, but forgive me as I have OCD and when my car's interior isn't looking perfect I stress lol.
