You feel a bit weird polishing your pedals...but has to be done every now and then? Whats everyones tricks to clean in the holes though, I find them a right nightmare!

I'd wipe them down with a damp cloth not polish them . They are slippery enough .

Polished mine with Megs Metal Polish, removed the bits from the holes with a cotton bud and some QD spray lol

if you wanna get really anal drill the rivets off and take them off then clean hehe
