hi guys i currently race in an oval race series using a ford escort, but am considering a change into a clio,

the rules state we can only run a 1.6 8v and must be run on a carb.

now im pretty sure ive seen a 1.6 8v clio , but not sure if it was carb or injection . does such thing exist?

if not anyone got any idea how i could convert it to a single carburettor

K7M is what you're thinking of, however it's multi-point injection.

Yes, I think that's the RXE. Carb conversion sounds like it could be a nightmare.

1.4rt engine with a k7m bottom end ? i read somewhere this setup would bolt together giving me the 1600cc. and the spi potentially?

Some early 1.2's were
