And so it begins....Restoration

Car  Renault Clio
Hi there Clio fans. Well I've started to respray my Clio (AKA Tobias-Toby for short) I'm using cellulose paint 719 Carmen Red I started on the front Bumper and wings, using spray cans supplied from jawel paints and with Patience ant time you'll never know it was done this way. So it should be finished at the end of next week.

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. Are you going to wet sand and polish the car as the orange peel is really making the paint look dull?

Hi thanks guys, yes I'm taking my time doing this project I will be using wet "n dry once the car has been sprayed all over then a good buffing up and it should look good. I had a batch of 12 cans made up so there should be no variation in shade.;) well that's the plan anyway, but I'll keep you good folks posted with the progress. Thanks.....:approve:

Wouldn't personally fancy doing the larger panels ie bonnet or roof but hats off for the balls and hopefully talent to pull it off.

That is going to cost you, good results can be had with can's if the conditions are right though.

This sort of thing takes time, its all in the preparation, application & patience is the key. Good results can be achieved.
