Haha!! Nothing personal Dan! Music was indeed up rather loud. I walk to and from Abbey Wood from the flat in Staple Hill evey day. About 5 miles each way and music helps pass the time. Most of the time I'm in my own little world anyway. I never know what car you are driving this week anyway! Lol.

John, I have many hats, but it's not cold enough at the moment anyway. :rasp: lol

Yeah, totally. It's all part of the master plan to get fitter and lose some weight. I am going to be doing a 10k run for charity in May next year, so now I have a target to aim for. :approve:
