Annoying light

Can anybody tell me what this light could mean? im under the impression its the engine management light? It comes on and goes off intermittantly and the car seems to feel a bit sluggish when the light is on. A local garage said it could be a dodgey oxy sensor but they werent sure.

top one no seatbelt, bottom engine management as far as i'm aware!

And other comes on when a decat is added, so emissions thingy?

The seat belt light wasnt meant to be in the photo i didnt even realise haha my car isnt decatted so im just hoping it isnt the lambda sensor or something like that??

engine managment light, needs diagnosing
