another day, another partial wrap

this car has ended up being a sort of demo car for my wrap stuff!

hes so far had

lime green mirrors
matt black mirrors
matt black diffuser

and now today, a matt black roof!

the spoiler is getting done in the not to distant future also

and the other bits hes had done

those were done for a laugh for a trackday, he didnt half get some s**t off the focus rs owners club :nono:

and the diffuser and matt black mirrors

cracking bit of kit that car, 303bhp, lowered, polybushed, great fun

right dont shout at me now but your cars white wrapping work when i saw it at btm was well erm crap. i could have done it. how coe your work on other cars is so good? which it is... when you did yours whilst having a stroke.

the white one was using a shitty signwriting film, and was more for practice than anything.

it was also an opaque film, which was s**t again.

i did it in the garage at home and rushed it.

i was saying to the lads at the meet that i tend to rush things when its my own, but take my time when its someone elses.

i really do need to try harder when it comes to my own stuff.

if i end up keeping the car, i'll probably wrap it again, but with the decent film this time

first dash

old skool from a few years back, first time i did graphics

another focus RS in carbon

Fiat 500 roof chequers

Graphics on a 996 when i was in Sweden

helped out with this one as they were pushed for time, seat thingy

full wrap in matt black

cupra wingmirrors

and finished

full graphics and yellow flood on a van

with a carbon bonnet!

theres a load more dash bits, and wingmirrors, but once youve seen one, youve seen them all!

Ur good at this arnt u ant i dont do much wrapping so not top notch at it. Im blanking my fogs off now and having CAF so gona carbon wrap them. Keep a eye out on my thread for the piccys

Quick question though, how do you go about removing wraps? I've recently bought a van with a full wrap and have spent hours and hours getting it off to be left with shed loads of glue that only takes longer!

I normally hate matt black cars apart from lambos etc but that impreza looks great.

heat, heat and more heat

when i de-wrapped the clio, we put it in the spray booth at 60c and i worked in there with it on, foookign hot, but was peeling off in huge sheets, dewrappde the whole car in two hours
