i know its an Irish plate, but as for IRA and uninsured isnt that a bit far fetched??

Its actually a British plate, as its from Northern Ireland which is classed as a part of Great Britain. If it was an Irish plate (as such) it would be black text on white plate, with county initial, year of car and then 4 or 5 digits. As for IRA terrorist, I think you are being a prat IMO.
