will any other splitters fit the valver its 1995, tried a laguna and it was too big after hearing that would fit.

You need to cut the laguna splitter down, ie take a centre piece out and cement it back together, wet and dry it and re-spray.

It won't be too hard to do, just measure it up & then chop a bit less than that out & go from there. The last thing you want to do is chop too much off. Find the centre of the splitter & work from there.

A seat ibiza one will fit (with modding) thats not a bad mod, but I think they are a bit deeper than the normal valver one.
