Another Sky Problem Query



  Not a Clio
No matter which item I choose from the menu e.g. Entertainment, Movies etc they all say: "There are no services of this type available"

If I go in via Favourites then I can view the channels.

I've tried leaving the box off for 5-10 mins and turning it back on and gone through the new installation menu with call back etc.

Is this Sky's problem or my box?

Sounds like the box.

Have you tried a reset? (make sure you know what you are doing)

My only suggestion which is worse than having your teeth pulled with no pain killers...........

Phone them.

You could try software update??

ooh the listings just magically appeared!

If the box is on it's way out then my Mrs's dad is a TV engineer so we should be able to get another box for free, that's how we get our tvs.
