I think you mean the infra red receiver to open the doors with the standard key! V Dark plastic?

ye sounds like that mate you should be able to take the plastic cap off to reveal a circuit board for the central locking

great cheers, yeah the penny dropped eventually. i might have to whip it all apart anyway because the aerial keeps friggin leaking in these monsoon conditions!

My sunroof leaked all over the circuit board in my clio... now it dont work. Its unbelieveably expensive to get a new one from Renault... its cheaper to buy a very good alarm which has remote central locking.. like I did
