Heard sweden is really good for insurance, you insure the car and then anyone can drive it. Isnt it really cheap there too?

nothings cheap in Sweden, I was there a month ago. Driving test is cool though, need to do a skid pan session as part of the test.

Same as here in Finland. Its pretty usefull, as we are driving in snow for half of the year

yeah and do you have to put snow tyres on at a certain time of year and leave them on till another set date?

I was in Gothenburg in Sweden where they dont get huge amounts of snow but it still applies
