any good video editing software i can download ?

tried windows movie maker and after 5mins needed something more powerful but still uers freindly ?? any suggestions, id prefer not the usual adobe premire ones as there like 700mb download. is there a simple one but with fully controlable effects + timing ?

need to make some clio vids thats all and inject my usual sense of humour

what you are asking for though is illegal unless its freeware and nothing decent is likely to be.

nothing wrong with windows movie maker, adobe premiere is good but expensive.

yea its easy to use but i wanted to do a slow fade but the fade was just a preset and didnt have specific tim properties or even a slow fade / fast fade bar !!

anyways as regards to the illegal comment, dave182 i bet your drive your car over the limit sometimes even if you claim to be an angel, you would be in some s**t if you got caught, at least what i would be doing wouldnt kill someone and i would only keep it for 24hrs (muahah)

so adobe premire sounds good, il get downloading !

Make sure the copy you are downloading legitimately is Pro 1.5, huge improvements.

i wasnt trying to "procure" pmsl, from a user just enquiring as to what to get, and anyway i mentioned movie maker legitimate download included in my service pack 2 upgrade online which cant be done without a genuine Windows xp registered operating system and secondly you can download Adobe onlibe at a retail cost.

jeez, i bet you dont have a legitimate copy of XP or server 2000 to run cliosport and paid for licences i work in I.T and knowone ive met apart from big business, public sector hav bought windows unless it was with thier PC when they got it !!

That's b****cks, you can pay £20 a month to be hosted on a legit server with legit software. Cliosport probably is on a dedicated server with a legit OS which is included in the price £100 - £200 a month?

Oh and he is absolutely in his right to question where you are going with this as one complaint from a user can cause the hosting company to suspend their account further to investigation.

well i work for a Software licensing company and can tell you that most of the companies we deal with do have proper software licenses as it isn't really worth companies doing a fast one when the BSA and FAST will be after them. We even won Antiparacy Advocate of the year a few years ago so I do believe in software licensing and buy all my own softare legitimately, even my version of MS Office 2003 on my laptop is a fully licensed legit copy.

The fact I don't believe in software piracy and am enforcing the rules does not make me a big baby but a concerned person.
