Any guides for changing TB3?

Car  133, 182, Kangoo 182
Looking to change my big three but to be honest don't have a clue what I'm doing.

Are there any guides/tips as to what wires should be changed and what precautions to take, etc?

Classic TB3...

1, Battery
2, Alternator
3, Charge Circuit Wiring

Kiddies TB3...
Item 3 from above....

1, Alternator to Chassis EARTH
1A, Runs from alt to chassis, (most alternators now earth via gearbox chassis earth strap)....
1B, This upgrade will yield minimal gains unless uprated Alternator is fitted....
2, Alternator to Battery CHARGE LEAD
2A, Runs from alt to battery +ve terminal....
2B, This upgrade will yield minimal gains unless uprated Alternator is fitted....
3, Battery to Chassis EARTH
3A, Runs from battery -ve terminal to car chassis....
3B, This upgrade will yield maximum gains, the secret is to 'ADD' a new Battery earth to 'MATCH' the newly fitted power supply to the install....
