Clean it, fresh number plates and lower it.

Yes. Clear side repeaters and colour code.

it just depends how due to different insurers!

I'd lower it, get some better alloys and possibly colour code it.

A detail would also looks good with it being black.

Ask your insurer what mods you CAN do without affecting your premium, changing alloys should be ok with most as long as they aren't massively bigger like 19s lol
