Any idea where this goes and screws into?

So took my 182 apart for a clean as u do and now can’t work out where this goes. I assume it holdin radiator pipes but can’t work out which and what it screws into. Thanks for any help

Might be wrong but it looks like the clip that bolts to or near the thermostat housing

it clips the 2 power steering hosses , and it's monted with a screw on ECU bracket
