Any ideas which grade oil i need on my 182??

I have 04 reg 182 but im at work at the mo and my handbook is at home and just checked my oil and its low, light off and on, not sure which oil i need can anyone help?

The best performance oils are the likes of Motul, Silkolene, Amsoil and Fuchs.

Silkolene 5w-40 is what i use and seems to be popular on this forum.
