That's the throttle body opening and closing. Check the wiring and the relay terminals in the engine bay fuse/relay holder.

I replaced all relays and fuses in that engine fusebox last weekend, so its the wiring then?

I had a head light adjuster make a similar noise, just unplug it and see if it stops

definitely the headlight adjuster. It wont do any harm , mine has done it for 6 months. I have got a new headlight coming though.

No, absolutely nothing to do with it. the adjuster is broken. There is a little motor and cog in the heeadlight, the cog is probably broken.
