Any MP3 changers connected to factory stereo ?

For christmas I want to buy my lady a system that allows her to plug a usb drive into the stereo in some way to listen to tunes.

I've looked at a number of head units that support this feature. However several thoughts have just happened.

She will longer be able to use the existing inbuilt stereo controls
She still will not be able to use her phone


Would the existing car stereo support a changer ? If so maybe if someone could point me in the right direction. I've seen units which work with sony headunits unilink to trick the head unit into thinking its got a CD changer, but infact it's playing MP3.

Try these guys, they were quite helpful with me. Renault isnt on the list there, but maybe if you ring them up they could help you or point you in the right direction.
