Any one else had separation anxiety when selling their 182.

With much reluctance I am parting with my little blue rocket. Just popped it on auto trader, it's the one for £3295 and DG5 postcode.

It was so difficult to do, been toiling for weeks. The only way to justify it is to give it a good home, where it will be cared for.

Anyone else felt morally obliged to only sell to someone you think may look after her?

my last car (the 197 rep) I put loads of effort into making it look nice, and loved it to bits, I must sadly admit I was emotionally attached. but when I bought the 200, and the mrs was sharing that, I was terrified it would be dead within a few months, and decided to sell the rep and buy her a car. I pulled it to bits to sell the 197 parts, and the more I pulled off the less I cared. although It did hurt seeing it for sale on the sales pitch at work, then some tramps buying it.. Suppose you need to make sure you get something you love equally as much if not more .. thats what I did, I honestly feel I'll keep the 200 for good.

Know the feeling - cant sell the 182 - no way. I'll have it for good. No point selling it for 2800, means more to me than that

I regret selling my Ph1 172. Without selling it, I wouldn't of been in a position to buy the V6 so it's swings and roundabouts really.

Now looking for another Ph1 again haha.

I still miss my 182, had it from new and traded it to get an r26. I really regret it. I'll be picking one up after the summer. I remember driving out of my street to the dealers and snow patrol's same came on the radio, had an overwhelming feeling to turn back, phone the dealer and tell them to fook off.

Just washed and polished it. Such a nice day and it looked so good. Had to have a ride out. It's all covered in squashed bugs now, going to have to clean it all again lol.
