Any one know this 172 in Ireland?

i'm thinking of taking a look at this and just wondering if anyone knew it as it has a clio sport sticker on the back and was originally a UK car.

apparently, it has large receipts from K-Tech for cams and a remap amoung other things.

any advice appreciated.
