Any one know this Monaco 172 that's for sale?

I'm thinking about going to look at this Monaco FF 172, its only got 1 previous owner and I was wondering if they lurked about here?

There isn't much mention of the Service History and I was wondering if I could get a heads up before calling the dealer.

Looks good and at a nice price I would hpi check it and ask if there is any evidence of the belts being done in the last five years and also what recent work has been carried out.... But even if needs the belts done use that to knock him down and you would of got your self a very well priced Monaco IMO
