Has anyone actually lowerd thier torsion bar them selves?

Im REALLY tempted to give it a good tomorow morning!

Ive heard its a really f**king gutsy job!

Any one give me any tips?

only thing is that kepy making me angry/wanting to give up was seized parts

looks at weights guide, if you can get a slide hammer then do!
