any one running a 8 sub

just want something smaller , i have a 12" jl audio, had it for years and dont really need sucha big sub its just to loud for what i need.

was thinking about an 8" or 10" whats the best to look at ? Jl again?

Better than my old Maystar 12"

i got a twin SPLX 8" box in my boot, and it punches like hell mate, i know its only SPLX, but finances wouldnt permit anything better just yet.

correct, im selling a Boston Acoustics 8.5 LF Pro, this will drop louder and deeper than quite a few 10" subs, magnet is huge on it, yet the speaker is focused for quality, only looking for £80 (inc P&P - its bloody heavy too) - original cost £200

my current sub, is a 12" JL cost me £289 back in 1997, i think the voicecoil is going as the control isnt as good as it used to be but boy can it still drop....

maybe get a 10" i think need to hear a 8" tho
