Can anyone name any other insurers like direct line that dont operate on money supermarket, compare the market etc.

They matched any quote i've chucked at them as long as you can prove the quote you have been given is valid.

Always get quotes direct anyway as from my experience these comparison sites have never given me the best price.

USe the comparison websites to get a rough estimate then ring the best ones and haggle 10-40% off

With me being in Belfast its much harder to find insurers as many of them dont quote for over here but i think il try the discount route and see how that goes.
