Any Phone Engineers?

Car  Not a Clio
If we receive or make a call from or to a landline then the line is insanely quite and we have to strain to hear the other person.

If someone on a mobile calls then we can hear them very clearly on our home phone.

We rent the line from BT but are with Sky Talk.

I'm a tad confused and at a loss as to what I should do or who I should contact?

it may be an idea to ring the line provider to carry out some tests to see if it comes back with an fault, come be a fault within the exchnage??

who ever you pay the line rental to, that is who you need to call. If its bT then you can log a fault via Bt's website. (www.bt.com)
