and did you check your order status online??

ordered mine on saturday and check online and it still says ''pre production as of saturday''

however others have said they ordered a laptop on the saturday and got it on thursday?

Ive had dell for the last 5 years and they have been fine.
Good pc's and there cheaper than anywhere else

I ordered 10 full pc systems - 2 turned up and 8 monitors for the missing 8 systems. Rang them - they redid the complete order - got the new order plus 6 of the 8 missing systems!! I was surrounded by Dell boxes lol. Then had to arrange them to pick all the other ordered systems plus they give me £100 for inconvenince.
