Anyone bought and oil cooler off the bay?



anything will be cheaper than k tec as they seem to whack a nice profit on there stuff , i am going to get one of e bay when i get the money up together

Ive got this kit mate, spot on seller, not fitted it yet but no fittings missing etc and fast delivery

it's mainly for track driving. If you read the description the seller explains it, but basically if the oil gets too hot, but lubricating properties deminish and can cause damage to the engine. By cooling it you won't put any excess strain on the engine.

If you get the thermostat built in, the cooler only works when the oil temp goes about 80degrees so that when you're running the car normally, the oil isn't too cold.

Anyone any idea how much extra oil is required for this? which cooler is best row wise ?
