Anyone fitted 215/40 tyres on 16"

It's actually the closest combination to the standard 15" on 195/50 from my Ph1.

Anyone fitted them?

I had 215/40/16 (9") and 195/45/16 (7.5")

so unprecedented had a problem 215/40. Sorry for my english
