Anyone fitted springs??

Found some 40mm lowering springs on eBay yesterday secondhand for £40 not sure of make,just looking into what else I need and how to do it if anyone can help? It's a 2002 172 Thanks

Also does anybody have a pic of a Clio lowered on 40mm springs as I don't know how it's going to sit..
