yeah I'm a bit concerned with the reception thing. freeview at home is through a big aerial in the loft. would like to know if I'd get a similar reception from the stick thingy.

would be nice to be able to sit out in that sun today and watch the tennis :)

i got this one fairly recently:

Don't let the reviews fool you, I was very suspicious before getting it but knew I could rig it up to the house aerial if it wasn't any good (it was for my desktop PC upstairs) the reception was sh*te. Couldn't lock onto more than one channel and even then it was stuttering making it useless for recording. IMHO its f**king useless as a mobile TV tuner.

to be honest there not that great - we sold a few which didnt bring back great feedback as no one could get reception if any at all.

Brother got this and it works fine in Colchester.
Yup, superb for watching the footy at College! Although the signal elsewhere is very very patchy. Just get an analogue handheld one instead.
