Need some help with burning cds. Why does Nero only seem to burn a 2k file and not the full track when copying stuff to data cd?

sounds to me like a shortcut....u need to select data cd and use the nero browser to choose the mp3s u want...it is pretty simple..

should have an option of data cd, burn it on tht. it will be a drag and drop set up. i use roxio for mp3s . its so much easier. no faffing.

Thanks for the pointers, was the encoder having a laugh and not copying the files correctly. All solved now, and just how good are these things!!

on the same topic......... how do u burn the tracks in a specific order? cos whenever i do it, nero just puts it in alphabetical order, and doesnt let me change it! any help would be good

On mine I have to number the tracks in the order I want 01-02-03 etc.... But as my HU uses the ID3 tag it doesnt show the numbers when playing

u should be able to add folders, that way u can have different tracks in diff folders. like albums in their own folder. fu*k nero off. use roxio. piss easy dude.
