Anyone help ? 1/2 way through fitting frony leathers

Just started to fit my front 1/2 leather 182 seats i brought into my 51-plate DCi ... undone the bolts etc and seats are free to move/lift ..

But.... the airbag etc etc wiring is nothing like the clips/wiring on the original cloth seats from my dci .? will i be able to drive the car without all the airbags etc connected ? is it a matter of just cutting and rejoining the original wires (obviously cut as much wire as i can) ??

Passenger side there's wires that doesnt unclip anywhere they go to a long silver unit near where the seat belt clips into ..
