funny you should mention it M1tch, ive written a guide for my website, and the only thing im not sure of is how to unclip the airbag connector.
I took my wheel to pieces the other day just for the hell of it, and to get pics for the guide! didnt want to go pulling the connectors too hard, just in case..... lol
lol well funny, I looked on your site for a guide on your site last night. but its not up yet then.
Clio G-B knows how to do it but his phone is off.
did you try seperating the plastic clips with screwdrivers and I pulled so hard on it, but it still dont come out but pushes in further :S what is that about?
lol you did what I've done, turned the steering wheel round so that you dont have to take the plastic surround off like giles told me to do.
yup, turned it round with the power steering before disconnecting the battery... its all im my guide.
i think this is right:
The little plastic connector that sits flush with the rear of the airbag comes off with a little persuasion from a flat headed screwdriver.... but its a bit daunting cos it doesnt look like it goes back on lol

bit annoyed that I spent ages trying to get the wrong thing off lol, the orange clip didnt look like it was ment to be removed as it said attention on the sticker above. then I didnt have the T50 bit so had to reconnect the batt and boot over to my mates workshop and do it there he's a piccy for ya fubs.
