I don't know the car, but It's very basic - I can tell you that.

No climate, no Recaros, no Cup pack, no Xenons.

Seems a lot for the mileage and spec IMO

I have negotiated a better price with the seller to also include a decent warranty etc
Will it still have standard aircon with no climate pack?

Yes mate, just A/C. Is it not worth holding out for something higher spec? It'll be a b**ch to move on when you come to sell it.

Have you seen the red one in person yet?

I have had a few 172's and 182's previously
I've just sold a 2015 Golf R and just looking for something cheap fun to free up some funds and a 197 is ticking the boxes at moment!

Mine has all xenons and climate and it is/was a b**ch to sell. 197s just dont seem to be commanding much. Unless youve knocked a good 20% off that its over priced.
