This is.... I'm afriad its only a description, but i've never seen one before so here goes....

In my local highstreet yesterday and there is a clio parked outside mcdonalds which seems a bit different.... It is a mk2 ph1 in black and has some rather different looking renault alloys on it, i try to get a closer look but the owner is in the car, but what i do notice is that where the badge that normally says RN or something to that type is there is a silver and black metallic (flat not sticking out) badge with something written on it in itallics. I was too far away and could not make it out... anyone know what it is??? Limited edition or something?

Definately not. The badge wasn't like black plastic with silver writing sticking out, it was like a smooth bit of metal with something painted on and then lackered (spelling) over. Are there any limited or aniversary or 100000 sales versions or anything?

Isn't that just the rsi? Wasn't the wheels that had me really baffled, just the badge on the side strip. Thought maybe they brought out some other limited edtion type?

  Mk4 .:R32
Maybe the guy just customized the badge himself and put enault centre caps on different alloys?

I thought that, but it looked far to standard if that makes sense, plus is was a 40+ Yr old woman... I just wish i had been able to read the badge now!!! Ah well, you win some you lose some.

They did a few special editions just before the 16v engines became standard. Debz had a V reg Alize and it said that on the badges on the side.
