Anyone Run Gaz Suspension?

Just looking at buying an set of adjustable shocks but just wondered if anyone runs them and what they are like before i shell out on em.

even on the softest dampning setting

i found on the hardest they gave a nice sharp turn in but were crashy as f**k. Rode poorly on anything other than perfectly smooth tarmac. Back end liked to skip and step out on bumpy a-roads (doesnt inspire confidence when the ass is skipping all over the place and you are travelling fast and commited to a bend). When softened they turned the car into a pogostick on wheels. Bouncy, wallowy and if you hit a dip on a motorway would take a couple of hundred yards to settle. They were creaky, clunky, knocky (granted i had my rear stripped out at the time so may have been why they were so loud) And generally didnt look very well made. I wont be buying GAZ again.

Mk2 I've got them on my Mk1 Williams though and whilst there very hard its not that bad. I don't want them massivly soft.

I run GAZ on my westfield and I think they are great for the money. A fair amount of westy users have them and are well rated. Bear in mind that they are a fraction of the cost of say Leda, and you only get what you pay for really - so to compare them is a little unfair!

Also bear in mind that a £90 set of apex springs gave be a more driveable/liveable car, lol.

These are the ones i was thinking of getting, Im not talking about coilovers either
