Anyone with CLIP around North West (Manchester)

I'm looking to activate CC on my UCH/ECU, the car was prewired cabin-side I have completed all other necessary wiring and switches.

If anyone is proficient in reprogramming a non-sport 2004 1.2 D4F - N3 UCH, I'll be a happy chappy.
