AP Coilovers on MK3 help

Wondered if someone could help me out here, before i fit them and keep taking them off because of being not low enough what is ideal? Do i take the helper springs out on the fronts and do i take the heigher adjuster off the rear springs? Or do i just wind them right down on both and keep the helpers

Ill be running 17x7 alloys with 205/40/17 tyres

Dont want it rediculously low either just nice and still daily drivable, cheers

I'd keep the adjuster at the rear if you don't want mega lows.
