Are 182 Wing Mirrors different?

Some a*se bandit knocked a wing mirror clean off my 182 cup but left the colour coded cap!?

Anyway I ordered a heated, elec, primed cover one off ebay but the cap doesn't fit?

Any ideas if the 182 mirrors different to other colour coded clios or have i just bought a duff part?

Mirrors are all the same shape except lower spec ones don't have a colour coded cover

None of them are heated?

Looking at the 'neck' of the wing mirror from above, the colour coded cap should cover right up to the front edge. On this ebay one the 2cm or so of black plastic around the mirror continues down to the neck instead so I can't get my cover on.

Will just have to get fleeced by Renault instead I guess...

Looks like a duff part . It does say on the ebay advert Non O/E , so its a copy part . I'd get back in touch with the seller and tell them it doesn't fit and demand a refund .
