Are the headlight washers a fail if they're not working?

I think I read this somewhere? So I looked through for the bung things and they seem like a bit of a joke in price.

I would just get the ball replacement thing, but neither side is working and don't know how much hassle it is to fix.

If it isn't a fail I'll just leave it I guess as its not the end of the world.

Not a failure yet !!! Since the guide was adjusted to make this a failure it has not come into effect !!!

Just remove them. The new rules are if their there then they have to work but if their not then it doesn't matter.

IIRC if you have xenon headlights then the car needs headlight washers.

Not true once the failure comes into place if hid or led headlamps are fitted they must have self levelling system and washing system in place and working

But its a pass and advise for now
