are there two Lamda sensors and where are they on the 182?

One before the cat in the center of the car, and one after the cat.

Upstream one controls fueling, downstream one measures emissions.

Yes there is.

1 can be found on the pipe just after the manifold and cat joint. The other 1 can be found just after the cat.

On a 182 the pre cat sensor sits on the end of the manifold and the post cat on the end of the cat itself.
