Are these 197/200 cams?

Hi sorry for silly question but how does one tell 197 cams from 172 cams seen these for sale local ad says 100% 200 cams makes me doubt it alittle lol

Has the pickup ring for the VVT on the inlet cam [the one on the left] - the 172/182 doesn't have that.
