ARP Bolts question

Just a few questions about fitting ARP rod bolts...
Would I have to replace the bearings whilst the area is being disturbed or can I just fit the bolts and job done ?
Also wheres the best place to source some if anyone has had experience with these?

Do one bolt at a time, so that the caps always are held on, no need to replace bearings

I did replace my bearings when I fitted the bolts to my ph1.

My car had only covered 51k but new bearings are only £25 from Renault.
(My old ones where like new)

The new engine ive got has covered 87k so not sure, it may be worth it for the sake of £25 odd then !
