Ast suspension

because harder or softer springs will need the internal valving cocked about with to work at the correct level, other wise you could have a weird bump/rebound combination going on

i would like to try 300, 325 and 350lb front springs on the AST's, then i would say they'd be on the money

can i suggest speaking to someone who has massive experience with the 197's - Icarus is your man
