AUDIO EXPERTS!! help.

Hi everyone, im running 2 amps. one for the doors and dash and one for the sub. 4 gauge power and earth cable run through distributors and then to the amps...power down one side RCA's down the other.
Re-done the earth on the battery to the chassis for 4 gauge aswell.
When both amps are running you get whining through the speakers...when 1 amp is running you still get it but not as bad/loud...iv tried everything so far and cant figure it out. Last thing im gonna try tomorrow is move the amps earth to somewhere else in the boot.
I know theres a few guys on here that know their stuff, any help much appreciated guys

Forgot to add only happens when engine is running, when just the headunit is on I get a slight buzzing. Earth to the headunit????

did u put the power and the earth cable down one side of the car and the audio down the other side??it helps with the noise.

or possibly dodgy rca's

as for power down one side and rca's i think it's a load of b****cks if you ask me

remove the RCA's from the amps and then see if you still get the noise. if you do then you probably have a dodgy earth.
