Audio help please - front door speakers

Went to swap out my OEM door speakers in the 182 to a pair of Alpine SXE-1325S. Appears to be two minutes of job, but the pin-outs are in the wrong direction - as seen below.

Is there and adapter block or something similar that I can buy to make them align? I know absolutely nothing about car stereos or speakers.

Hopefully can get these sorted as the OEM ones were both broken on their outer ring (top left of the picture) and held in place by a single screw. No doubt that didn't help with the vibration and noise at all.

I’m sure the drivers door speaker or the little dash ones are gone on mine. I’d love to keep the OEM stuff in but I also know zero about ICE. I’ll keep an eye on your progress….

Aren’t those alpines full range speakers? If they are, you’ll be having a treble-fest in the front. 😂

Good spot, they need to be put in the back with a set of components in the front.
For those who are not well informed. Like me 😆
What speakers would you recommend in the front? SPG-13C2? I can see that Darren also used a set of these.

I have the SPG-13CS in the front of mine, which replaces both the door and dash speakers.

Any half decent component set will be better than the originals at this point.

How are the new speakers, Darren? I need a new set for the front of mine but don’t want to pay a fortune.
